Whilst we pride ourselves on our ability to fit our approach to your specific needs, we can also offer more structured, targeted services to focus on unique challenges, such as project health checks, project turnaround services and project business case development.
Health Checks
A time-bound analysis of where your project or programme of work currently is. Has it got the necessary governanace, checks and balances and KPIs in place to achieve its goals?
Turnaround
Either as a follow on to the health check or as an individual service itself, we can develop a focused series of recommendations to get your project back on track as well as supporting the implementation of these recommendations.
Business Case
Given our experience of taking projects from concept through to delivery, we can often either develop business cases from new or input into existing cases with the relevant project costings, scope and timescales to ensure your overall case is pitched at the right level.
